Delete your account in the web or mobile app
Account deletion is available to every signed-in user without contacting support.
- Open Smart Peptide Tracker and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Open Settings, then Account.
- Select Delete Account and confirm the request.
- For security, the app may ask you to sign in again before deletion.
Deletion is permanent. Export a backup first if you want to keep a copy of your research records.
If you cannot sign in
Email smart-peptide-tracker@googlegroups.com from the address associated with your account. Use the subject Smart Peptide Tracker account deletion. We may request verification before acting on the request.
Data deleted
- Your Firebase Authentication account and account profile
- Encrypted sync data and encrypted recovery snapshots
- Inventory, protocols, logs, progress data, photos, files, and settings stored in the encrypted sync payload
- Community records, messages, votes, notifications, AI chats and feedback, and technical logs linked to your account
- Notification and rate-limit records linked to your account
Limited retention
- Physical-order records are retained as needed for fulfillment, refunds, tax, fraud prevention, and legal duties.
- Store purchase claims are retained without the account user ID so the same transaction cannot be reused by another account.
- A server-only deletion-safety tombstone containing the former internal account ID and deletion timestamps is retained to prevent cached sessions from recreating deleted data.
- Public share snapshots contain no account identifier and remain available only until automatic expiration, no more than eight days after creation.
- Aggregated information that no longer identifies you may be retained.
