Purchases are processed by Apple (iOS), Google (Android), or Stripe (web). All purchases are subject to the respective platform's refund policies. We do not handle refunds directly for in-app purchases made through Apple or Google.

We reserve the right to remove content and restrict accounts that violate these guidelines. Content that receives multiple community reports may be automatically hidden pending review.
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account and set up a security PIN. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and PIN, and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You retain ownership of all data and content you enter into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to store, process, encrypt, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
Community content (reviews, templates, research programs, public display names) is visible to other users. By posting community content, you grant us a license to display it within the Service. You may delete your community content at any time.
Health Reports generated by the app contain unencrypted personal data. You are solely responsible for sharing reports with trusted parties and ensuring compliance with applicable privacy laws in your jurisdiction.
The Service, including its design, features, peptide reference data, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by Smart Peptide Tracker and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our express written permission.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE AI CHATBOT OR PEPTIDE REFERENCE DATA.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SMART PEPTIDE TRACKER AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, HEALTH COMPLICATION, OR ADVERSE EFFECT ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF ANY SUBSTANCE TRACKED OR REFERENCED WITHIN THE SERVICE. YOU ASSUME ALL RISK ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR HEALTH DECISIONS.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, FOR USE OF THE SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Smart Peptide Tracker and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any rights of a third party, or any health decisions you make based on information in the Service.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Texas, United States.
YOU AGREE TO RESOLVE DISPUTES ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings. Provisions regarding disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution survive termination.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms within the app and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Smart Peptide Tracker regarding the Service.
Assignment: We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms. You may not assign your rights without our prior written consent.
Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
